For Banorte-Ixe, to maintain a relationship of trust and credibility with our stakeholders is a priority, as our institution is convinced that this commitment is achieved through transparent communication and dialogue.

In accordance with our business vision, which considers corporate responsibility actions as part of our organization’s DNA, we have integrated corporate responsibility into our annual report for the second consecutive year. Our 2011 Annual Report was prepared in accordance with Guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative 3.1 for sustainability reports (GRI G3.1) with a level of application B+, and independent verification consisted of a review of the contents and performance indicators presented in such report.

Communicating our performance to stakeholders is essential. To do this in a clear way, we have also created an on-line interactive version of the 2011 Annual Report, not only to present our work in a manner that is understandable, accessible, environmentally friendly and cutting-edge, but also, and above all, to strengthen our engagement with different stakeholders, who through the report, can follow-up our corporate responsibility performance in addition to consulting our financial results.
