2016 Sodexo Future Chefs Competition - Featured Chef Rivka Guzman

As part of the Sodexo 2016 Future Chefs competition, today we are featuring Rivka Guzman. Rivka is a 4^th grader from Olivia Park Elementary school in Everett, Washington. For the healthy breakfast challenge, Rivka has decided to show us how to make her famous Coconut Apricot Energy Balls. Coconut and apricots, does it get any better? Rivka has stated that she really wants to be a chef someday. She has grown up seeing her grandma cook at home all the time and she wants to continue the tradition of making really good food. This competition is just the first step to achieving that goal!
